These are the Best Luxury Honeymoon Destinations

The best thing about the wedding, besides the planning and the dance party, is the moment it’s over. You get to enjoy the experience with your love on the most romantic vacation of your life.

You can spend your time planning your future together, or laughing about the drunk uncle’s moves from the night prior. There is nothing better than sitting on the beach and sipping coconut water while staring at one another with heart eyes.

If you are like us, your honeymoon can spark your wanderlust and start a lifetime of travel.

These are the top luxury destinations for honeymoon, because we all deserve to begin our lives together in luxurious ways.

Bora Bora, French Polynesia

Bora Bora Bora is our number one choice for a honeymoon spot. Maybe we’re biased. We are definitely biased because this was where we spent our honeymoon.

Our overwater bungalow (number 224) at the Four Seasons is still our home. You will be treated like royalty at Four Seasons Bora Bora. They won’t expect you to lift a single finger and will pick you up in a cart to take you to your bungalow.

You can take a relaxing bath in your bungalow overwater while you look out at the turquoise waters. Or, jump off the deck and swim with the fish. You can also dive with sharks or kiss stingrays. You can also just gaze at the stunning island and the clear blue water.

Zighy Bay in Oman

Zighy Bay was our first discovery when we were searching for honeymoon destinations. This location is unique. Although there is only one hotel in Zighy Bay called Six Senses, there are many other ways to get there.

Your new spouse has the option to either arrive by 4×4, scenic speedboat ride, or paragliding to the hotel. This is a grand entrance!

You’re surrounded both by the beautiful mountains and the ocean from your villa. The food at this Middle Eastern destination is simply divine!

Make sure to not plan your honeymoon during the scorching summer heat.

Nairobi, Kenya

The above photo isn’t Photoshopped. Your honeymoon can be interrupted by giraffe hugs. We guarantee that your stay at Giraffe Manor, in Nairobi’s upscale Karen district, will be one the most memorable of your lives.

The manor is decorated in a traditional English style. It will allow you to enjoy private romantic dinners or more peaceful breakfasts, accompanied by one or more giraffes. There is more to Kenya than Giraffe Manor.

Spend the majority of your honeymoon in Nairobi on safari in the Maasai Maasai Mara and to the North in Laikipia. There is nothing more romantic than seeing the sunset behind some the most extraordinary animals in the world.

Santorini (Greece)

Santorini, one of many greek islands formed by a huge volcanic eruption some thousand years ago is one of the most romantic honeymoon destinations. You will not want to leave the beautiful views, whitewashed roofs, and top-tier wineries.

Enjoy the sunrise early in the morning or sail with your loved one. We promise that you will not be able to stop smiling. You might be interested in island-hopping.

You can find the beautiful islands of Mykonos or Crete close by, where the water is just as blue.

Pine Cay, Turks and Caicos

The turquoise water of Turks and Caicos is nearly as blue as Bora Bora’s. Pine Cay, an 800-acre private island with white sand beaches, has the most stunning two-mile stretch.

Only one hotel is available on the island, the Meridian Club. It offers the perfect blend of tranquility, remoteness, and relaxation. The Sand Dollar Cottage is a romantic and private spot that sits on the beach.

Meridian Club is a “barefoot luxury” club that doesn’t require you to wear shoes to dinner. You might consider getting certified scuba diving before you travel to Turks and Caicos, which is located on the third largest barrier Reef in the world, just behind Belize and Australia.

Fernando de Noronha, Brazil

Fernando de Noronha is the perfect honeymoon destination for couples who want to support an environment-friendly economy. You can think of it as the Kauai in the Southern Hemisphere.

Seventy percent of the archipelago’s 21 islands have been designated a National Park.

It is actually so remote that Pousada Maravilha is the only luxury hotel of its kind in the area. The government also limits the number visitors who can visit the island so that it doesn’t get too crowded.

There are so many beautiful places to honeymoon that will blow your mind. Your new favorite place in the world will be wherever you go. You should make sure that your honeymoon is somewhere you enjoy and can spend quality time together.
