The Official Cordell Tour Guides can create numerous, personalised tours for you, linking together the different stories and themes that Cordell explored in his books. Some ideas include:
- A walking tour of Blaenavon - these run regularly through the summer so it is worth contacting the World Heritage Centre to see when you can join one.
- A tour around the hills of south Wales to see the valleys where all the characters lived and to appreciate how the characters moved between the valleys without the benefit of the A465 Heads of the Valleys road.
- A visit to sites that show the different ways of life of the workers, landowners and iron/coal masters - attractions such as Stack Square (Blaenavon), Bute Town (Rhymney), Cyfarthfa Castle (Merthyr Tydfil) and Rhondda Heritage Park (Porth).
The guides can create a tour just for you.
